Five Rocky Mountain Freedom Riders mounted with the U.S. flag in front of the Sangre de Cristo mountains
Northern Colorado 501(c)(3) Non-Profit All-Female Drill Team

Riding for the  Red, White&Blue

An all-female mounted color guard from the Front Range — presenting the colors at rodeos, parades, and stock shows in honor of country, community, and the western way of life.

Our Charge

Honoring the  flag,
the arena,
and every horsewoman who came before.

The Rocky Mountain Freedom Riders are an all-female mounted color guard based in the foothills of Northern Colorado. We carry the United States flag, the State of Colorado flag, and the colors of our military branches on horseback — from rodeo grand entries and stock-show processions to Memorial Day parades and small-town main streets.

A registered 501(c)(3), our work is built on the same hands that feed and saddle every morning: women who love their horses, their country, and the western way of life — and who know that some traditions are worth keeping at a full gallop.
